They will continue to the GaETC State Technology Fair held at Macon Campus of Middle Georgia State College in Macon, Georgia on March 5, 2016. Congratulations this great achievement! Congratulations to our Spelling Bee winner, Adam P. and our runner-up, Camille B.! Adam will represent Smoke Rise Elementary and continue to the county-level Spelling Bee competition on February 11th at 4:30PM.
Reflex Math
Reflex Math is an adaptive online software that helps students develop fluency with their basic facts in addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. We're proud to say that as of November 12th, our Smoke Rise students are #1 in district with the highest usage. We have the most facts solved at 1.9 million and most days of usage at 21 days per month. Ms. Johnson's 5th grade class is also ranked #1 in the district with the highest student usage. Check out our school's fall semester Reflex Math fluency report for a closer look at the wonderful progress they are making. Way to go, Smoke Rise Jaguars!
